Care @ Home Mobile Physio
Our mission is to empower individuals with disabilities to achieve their full potential and enhance their quality of life. We employ a person-centered approach, tailoring our services to meet the unique needs and goals of each participant. Our highly skilled physiotherapists and exercise physiologists utilise evidence-based techniques and therapeutic exercises to address mobility issues, improve strength and coordination, and manage pain. We provide comprehensive assessments, develop individualised treatment plans, and offer ongoing support to ensure progress and optimise outcomes.
We provide therapeutic treatment to plan-managed and self-managed NDIS funded participants in Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Ipswich and the Gold Coast in Queensland, Melbourne, Geelong and the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, and Tweed Heads in New South Wales.
